A framework of truce, sounds vague. Both China and the US are now holding each other's hostage over rare earths and chips export controls. Unlike the Geneva talk in May, there are little low hanging fruits each side can offer on the negotiation during this London summit. Instead, they are only at the very beginning of this extremely complicated and lengthy back and forth between Beijing and Washington.
