The consortium partners provided at least one representative in person to attend the kick-off meeting except for Chatham House which showed up with two representatives online. One policy officer from DG Research & Information (European Commission) and one project officer from European Research Executive Agency (REA) were also present at the meeting. 14 participants were ready at Press Club and two attended virtually, making the total 16 participants. Signed participant list is archived by the Coordinator.
The participants acquainted with each other as they reached the venue. The welcome speech from the Coordinator (BtH) is followed by two presentations from the EU officials (policy officer and project officer). After WP presentations, short interviews of the partners are recorded for communication purposes.
